The gift voucher is valid for one use only,
Its validity is two years from the date of issue.
The use of the gift voucher constitutes final acceptance of the stay and the date chosen. No cancellation or postponement of reservation is possible.
If you do not show up on the reserved date, your gift voucher will be considered lost and cannot be used at a later date.
In the event of non-use, loss or destruction of your gift voucher, neither the buyer nor the recipient can claim a refund or any compensation.
